This is what many nurses think, and I know I'm an RN for years before medical school:
"I did the EKG to cover my butt"
How does it cover your butt if no one reads it for a couple days?
"I wrote the order"
Ok will the physician sign it?
"Dam I have to call Dr. XXX he always screams at me and sometimes curses"
Yes many doctors are real jerks on call, they act very unprofessional ( I hope never to, even for the stupid tylenol at 2am)
"They have a cold why can't they have an antibiotic"
Needs no real comment we know why
Lastly:
"That doctor is the worst, they have no idea what they are doing"
If you doubt this will be said about you, LOL it does and will happen during your practice
