Son just accepted into the Navy right after getting married
Son about to graduate University
I'm studying for boards
So all is good
Then my Daughter, who is still in college wants a new phone.
I look and an upgrade is available in Aug good? No
Apparently At&t went from improving to now going to the bottom again.
Yes what has happened in 2011
1. Wirefly and Lets Talk and some others have stopped offering At&t service, Why? Because of At&t not cooperating.
2. At&t has, in all its wisdom, Made the wireless website so difficult to navigate that it took me 5 minutes to find the phones in the long list they have. It seems the 4 phones they show you they expect you to order only.
3. Military personnel used to be able to suspend the service while on deployment. No longer they now have to cancel the service and At&t may just take them back if they feel like it!
At&t is buying T mobile for huge sums of money, I believe this has prompted At&t to find money anywhere it can to support this purchase.
Yes yes screw the customers.

Hi Dr. Bill,
You recently posted about retaking step 2CK. Sorry to hear about that. Could you share your experience about it if you don't mind so that those of us taking it might benefit? Was it harder than step 1?
