Whats OB?
Pap smears, Hysterectomies, Hot flashes, STD,Teenage pregnancy, ASCUS,Hyperemesis gravidarum,
Abruptio Placenta and all in one day!
Yes I have done some pelvic exams ( not my favorite thing for sure)
Done the checks for dilation and effacement.
Yes been there for a few births....... vaginal and C section.
Lets just say, its a very important rotation for all of us, and since I want Family Med, very important but so far not my favorite, the learning curve is high.
Tomorrow I have to go in first and assess the patient and present to my attending...... Gotta get up early and read over some stuff for sure.
